Two agents, one town

Questions
Does a showing cost anything?
No. Showings, evaluations and the buyers' evening are free, and booking one commits you to nothing.
I already have an agent. Can I still book?
Of course — say so when you book and bring them along. We'll deal with them on any offer.
Can I see a home that isn't listed here?
Yes. Send us the listing and a few times that suit you, and we'll book it with the other agent.
What happens at a home evaluation?
We spend about an hour walking through and asking about the house. A few days later you get the recent sales nearby and the price we'd list it at — yours to keep, whatever you decide.
How do I apply for one of the rentals?
After the viewing, if you like it, we hand you the owner's application. Never send a deposit to anyone before you've seen the unit and signed a lease.
Are you licensed?
Yes. The brokerage and both of us are registered with RECO, the Real Estate Council of Ontario: brokerage 0000000, Hannah 0000000, Owen 0000000. (This is an example store — the numbers are placeholders.)

A showing: your agent meets you at the front door of the home you booked, at your time. The address is on the listing. An evaluation: we come to the address you give us. Running late? Call or text the number on your booking page.
Refund policy
There is nothing to pay: showings, evaluations and the buyers' evening are free.
Cancellation policy
Cancel or move a showing from its booking page, or text us — the seller is told either way, so please let us know.
Visit policy
Shoes off inside, and please don't open closets or drawers without asking. Children are welcome. We confirm every showing with the seller; if the home is no longer available we tell you right away.
